Page Six reports on an innocuous exchange between Kardashian-Jenner attorney Michael Rhodes and a group of potential jurors in Los Angeles Superior Court. This as part of the lawsuit between the Kardashian-Jenner family and Blac Chyna. Indeed, Michael Rhodes had asked this group of potential jurors their respective feelings regarding the Kardashian-Jenner family. That’s when a man in his 50s said he had never watched “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Only, he added: “I watched Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial in this matter”.
A response that created a moment of euphoria among other potential jurors as well as the public. For her part, Khloé Kardashian, 37, stared keenly at the long dark locks of her sister Kim, Kanye West’s recently divorced ex-wife, as a comfort. This same individual told the judge again that it would be difficult for him to be a member of the jury since he was replaying this sex tape in his head over and over.
A trial for assault and battery
Note that Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the entire Kardashian-Jenner family in 2017, citing “assault, domestic violence, defamation, and interference in potential economic relationships,” according to Page Six. In fact, the reality star has accused her ex, Rob, of being an aggressor and her family of being “media predators”.
As a result, “Chyna has sought over $40 million in damages for lost earnings and over $60 million in damages for loss of future earning capacity,” according to the media outlet. In response to Blac Chyna, the Kardashian-Jenner family filed a lawsuit claiming the influencer violently attacked Rob.
