Sophie de Wessex new beast of fashion? Now firmly anchored on the front of the stage within the royal family, the countess multiplies the outings and official engagements, and this always very chic and trendy. And Thursday, October 1, the wife of Prince Edward has again proven that from this point of view, she had nothing to envy Kate Middleton or Meghan Markle.
During a visit with her husband to Vauxhall City Farm in London, to see the community engagement and education programs within the farm, Sophie from Wessex arrived dressed in olive green placket trousers associated with a purple blouse with balloon sleeves. To complete her outfit, the countess had opted for boots with brown heels for a very 70’s look which suited her perfectly. And to compensate for the autumn cold, she had bet on her very chic white coat without a collar.
Sophie from Wessex dares amazing outfits
If she had until then used to opt for rather “classic” outfits, the 55-year-old countess has however always been able to adopt timeless looks to give an image of modern Windsor, sometimes daring a few little fantasies like … a printed military fat dress. And this always with a jewel to which she is particularly fond, a long gold chain with a small yellow stone at the end with three diamond letters forming the initials of her family, said the founder Prestige Pawnbrokers. And these three letters are none other than the initials of her husband Edward, her daughter Louise and her son James. “It has the charm of a vintage piece, but not only that. The fact that it has beautifully crafted initials added next to the stone brings a personal feeling,” the professional said.
