The victim has been identified as Rosetta Gesselman. The medical examiners discovered numerous bite marks all over his body. It turned out that the hounds were not actually the owner, but her 48-year-old daughter, who was not home at the time of the attack.
The dogs had previously exhibited aggressive behavior
