In Hawkins, Indiana in 1983. When Will Byers disappears from his home, his friends embark on a search for him that is fraught with difficulties. The boys befriend the young lady with the number “11” tattooed on her wrist and shaved head, and gradually discover details about her disturbing situation. On November 6, 1983 in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana, young Will Byers returned home from a game of Dungeons & Dragons when he disappeared in mysterious circumstances. While investigating his disappearance, his friends Dustin, Lucas and Mike meet Onze, a young girl on the run with telekinetic abilities who could help them find Will and unravel the mysteries of Hawkins. At the same time, strange events take place in the Byers’ house, while the chief of police, Jim Hopper, begins to have suspicions about the involvement of Hawkins National Laboratory in the disappearance of the young boy. To get answers to their questions, young Will’s family, friends and local police will have to face terrifying and mysterious forces to find him.


A year has passed since Will was rescued and Eleven disappeared. Calm seems to have returned to the small town of Hawkins where Will and his friends Mike, Lucas and Dustin are trying to get on with their lives. But the people of Hawkins will once again be plunged into horror when Will, who hasn’t been quite the same since his return from Upside Down, receives dark and terrifying visions. For their part, Sheriff Hopper and Joyce fight together against this new threat, while Nancy and Jonathan join forces to restore the truth and obtain justice for Barbara.
