The year 2021 does not start under the best hospices for Samantha Morton. Indeed, as reported by the Daily Mail, the 43-year-old actress was urgently admitted to hospital on Tuesday, January 5. It was she herself who shared the news on Twitter by revealing a masked photo of her. In another post she said: “Thank you to the teams who helped me out tonight. I am so grateful to our national health service.” Then, Samantha Morton wanted to reassure her fans: “It was all an experience that makes you very modest. I’m doing well tonight thanks to them”.
So, what happened to Samantha Morton? According to information from the Daily Mail, the actress suffered an anaphylactic shock. In fact, the actress and mother of a family had a fever and difficulty breathing. Once at the hospital, she was quickly taken care of and placed for several hours under Covid protection. There, she was able to realize the situation facing hospitals in the midst of a health crisis. “Save our National Health Service” and “Wear a mask” hashtag Samantha Morton in her post.

Samantha Morton: on the road to recovery
Fortunately, things have improved for Samantha Morton. As a reminder, the actress is one of the stars of the series The Walking Dead. In the latter she plays Alpha, leader of the Whisperers and mother of Lydia. On her social networks, she also regularly reveals pictures of the shooting and her incredible physical transformation since for the series she had to shave her head and have make-up for many hours. The change was drastic!
