Royal fans are seeing the face of 1-year-old August for the first time. Princess Eugenie of York, 32, and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, have shared photos of their son before on Instagram, but without showing his face. On the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee Pageant parade of Queen Elizabeth II of England, 96, everyone was finally able to discover the pretty face of the ninth great-grandchild of Elizabeth II. The Platinum Jubilee Pageant took place in London on Sunday June 5th. The parade was opened by the famous golden carriage which featured an animated video image of the Queen of England.

Little August Brooksbank, Queen Elizabeth II’s great-grandson sits comfortably in the lap of his mother, Princess Eugenie of York. For his first official appearance, one-year-old August is dressed in a blue sweater with a very symbolic Union Jack motif. According to People magazine, the sweater of the son of Eugenie of York and Jack Brooksbank comes from the Trotters store. For his first official outing, on the last day of Elizabeth II’s Jubilee, August stole the show from a few of his cousins.

Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, were also in the front rows of the stands. They were accompanied by their parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Mia, 8, and Lena Tindall, 3, the daughters of Zara Tindall, were also there this Sunday, June 5. Princess Beatrice of York, Princess Eugenie’s sister, came with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and son “Wolfie”. Like August, Christopher Woolf aka Wolfie attended his first royal event.
