In a recent podcast, Prince William reveals details about his children and their little morning ritual. On Apple Fintess + Time To Walk, Prince William reveals how much his kids love music. He explained that he established an order for the three children to take their turn, otherwise they would fight to choose the song to be played each morning. “So George has her turn, then Charlotte has hers. This is the clamor for the music,” the prince explains in the podcast. The Duke of Cambridge gave a few more details about their only daughter’s routines. Princess Charlotte is particularly fond of Colombian singer Shakira.

Of all the artist’s songs, Little Princess Charlotte prefers Waka Waka. Kate Middleton’s husband explains that his little girl especially loves dancing to the rhythm of this music. “There are a lot of hip movements. There are a lot of disguises,” said the duke. Charlotte’s love of dancing didn’t just happen. The 6-year-old princess takes private ballet lessons. “Charlotte, in particular, is running around the kitchen with her dresses and ballet stuff and everything,” Prince William said. “She goes completely crazy with Louis following her around trying to do the same thing,” he continues. Prince William clarifies that mornings are very happy times. “Children have fun dancing, having fun and singing,” he says.
