In July 2021, Prince Harry made startling revelations about the royal family.
After his interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duke of Sussex outbids with the preparation of his memoirs.
Queen Elizabeth II of England can breathe a little because the publication of these memoirs is experiencing an unforeseen event.
What is this embarrassing setback that should relieve Queen Elizabeth II?
On July 21, 2021, to the chagrin of Queen Elizabeth II of England, 96, and the British royal family, Prince Harry announced the publication of his memoirs. According to the Duke of Sussex’s statement, these dreaded or long-awaited memoirs are slated for release in late 2022. This statement comes just weeks after its first burst cost. Everyone remembers this explosive interview of Elizabeth’s grandson with Oprah Winfrey. The British royal family fears as Prince Harry, 37, reveals more about the monarchy in his memoirs. The Duke of Sussex has however been clear, his account of his life will be “accurate and completely truthful”.
The publication of the memoirs of Prince William’s brother, 39, is a sword of Damocles for the British royal family. However, the Daily Mail has just revealed on May 23, 2022 that the publication of Harry’s memoir could be delayed. “A source has told The Sunday Times that there is ‘some uncertainty’ surrounding the book’s release date,” reports the Daily Mail. That’s not all because Harry and Meghan currently don’t have a global press officer. “No date has been set for the Duke of Sussex’s shock book as the Sussexes have parted ways with their global press officer,” the British media said.
Prince Harry: two hypotheses on the postponement of the publication of the memoirs of the Duke of Sussex
Toya Holness, the press secretary from whom the Sussexes parted ways, is far from the only employee to have deserted the Archewell ship. She would be the last “of at least 12 of their best employees to leave the company since 2018”, specifies the Daily Mail. According to royal expert Roya Nikkhah, the departure of Toya Holness could explain the delay in the publication of the memoirs of the father of Archie, 3 years old, and Lilibet, soon 1 year. Note also that the Sussexes are invited to the jubilee of Elizabeth II in June in London. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have confirmed their attendance. According to Roya Nikkah, the postponement of the publication of his memoirs would be an opportunity for Prince Harry to include in his book “his participation in the celebrations next month with Meghan and their children”.
