The next event Prince Charles will attend will be the fundraiser at Exeter Cathedral on Sunday. Remember that this is the first event in his agenda. The latter has been announced to the public for several months already. The goal is to avoid the crowds during this pandemic period. In addition, the Prince of Wales intends to go there without a mask. A royal source at the Daily Mail says the prince intends to take advantage of the new guidelines put in place for Freedom Day. He will therefore not wear a mask unless government rules require him to do so.
“This will be the first time in 18 months that we will see a return to normal. We will look forward, not back,” a royal insider told the Daily Mail. “This is the first time the prince has visited an indoor location and he will not wear a mask, as it is a large area where people will socially distance themselves and it will be the first day of the news. rules, ”adds the source.
“He’s not the only one who wants to get rid of the mask”
The Prince of Wales is not the only member of the royal family to want to stop the use of the mask. Indeed, the Duchess of Cornwall would also welcome the provisions of Freedom Day. She had notably indicated to a student her desire to get rid of the mask during a visit to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff.
This July 19 will be an exception to the rules of social distancing and the wearing of masks. An exception since the country has adopted, shortly, more cautious rules vis-à-vis the Covid. This is a new confinement in confirmation of the 3rd wave.
