The pain is the same for Meadow Walker every year. For seven years, Paul Walker’s daughter has lived with the grief of having lost her father. And every September 12, it is amplified. Like every year, since the car accident that claimed the life of the Fast & Furious actor, the 21-year-old took over his Instagram account to pay him a tender tribute when he should have celebrate its 47th birthday. She shared a snapshot from her childhood next to her dad: “The moment I realized we were twins. Happy birthday to the most beautiful soul”. Still devastated by the disappearance of Paul Walker, his daughter regularly honors his memory on social networks. Notably last April, when she published a tender video. “I never thought I would share this. But it felt good to do so. Be nice. Stay safe. I love you,” Meadow Walker wrote then.
In this video, Meadow Walker could be seen surprising his dad by forcefully opening the door to the room he was in. “You scared me,” he could be heard saying to him before his little girl jumped on him to wish him his birthday. As a reminder, Paul Walker died on November 30, 2013 as a result of a road accident. Like his character in Fast and Furious, the actor was passionate about motorsport. On the day of his death, he was in a Porsche Carrera GT on a circuit in Los Angeles. Behind the wheel was his friend Roger Rodas. The vehicle struck a tree and the two men died instantly. Since Paul Walker’s disappearance, Meadow has found refuge with his great friend, Vin Diesel.

A few weeks before, when the daughter of Paul Walker and Rebecca Soteros celebrated her 21st birthday, Vin Diesel had sent her a tender message. “I could tell I’m so proud of the person you are becoming … but the truth is I’ve always been proud of you. Happy Birthday Meadow! I know you’re 21 and wanted to go to Japan , but the family is waiting for you with a cake …, wrote the actor, who took the young woman under his wing on his Instagram account.
