This year has therefore been particularly trying for the family of the actress of Glee. Ryan Dorsey filed a lawsuit on his son’s behalf last November against Ventura County, the United Water Conservation District and Parks and Recreation Management, Calif., In Ventura Superior Court. The actor invokes two causes of action to be taken during the trial: wrongful death and negligent infliction of emotional distress. At the request of the plaintiffs, the trial could take place before a jury and a significant sum of money could be at stake.
