Since the launch of the final season of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! in early November, UK audiences can follow the adventures of Mike Tindall, Princess Anne’s son-in-law, through the Australian jungle every day. The opportunity for Mike Tindall to share some anecdotes about the royal family, he who has been around her for years, after marrying Zara Phillips, the granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II, in 2011. Lately, it’s about of life at Buckingham Palace that the former rugby player indulged in a few secrets. First asked by his teammate Owen Warner about the frequency of his visits to the palace, Mike Tindall replied: “I’ve been there more than some (…) There are a lot of ceremonial rooms and little life . But yes, I have stayed there.” Curious to know the protocol applied behind the walls of the royal residence, Owen Warner then asked the athlete: “In the morning, for breakfast, can you go down in a t-shirt and jogging or you have to dress appropriately?”, to which Mike Tindall replied, much to the young actor’s surprise, “No, jeans and a t-shirt.” “I thought you had to wear a suit,” remarked a surprised Owen Warner. Since the start of his participation in the reality show, Mike Tindall has shared several anecdotes about his in-laws.
