This return has been much noticed, commented on and, according to Jesús Enrique Rosas, expert in body lagrange, there are gestures that do not deceive. “The Duchess showed the whole world that she was nervous,” he first explained in the columns of The Mirror. “Everyone was mentioning the fact that Meghan Markle was fixing her collar when they arrived at Saint Paul’s Cathedral and it was always the left side… It’s a calming gesture for her”, he continued before adding: “We do this kind of gesture to calm us down. It can fix our clothes or touch our faces, or in Harry’s case, touch his wedding ring,” he said. Simple gestures that have not gone unnoticed.

The return of Meghan Markle and her husband was eagerly awaited and every move has been analyzed. According to Jesús Enrique Rosas, while the Duchess was fixing her collar, it was for her “a way to release stress and it usually works. But it’s also a way to show the world that the we’re nervous,” he said. “In the case of clothing, maybe the fit is not good and we feel a little uncomfortable, but for any fit, we will generally pull the sleeves, the judges,” said he continued before discussing the case of Meghan Markle: “It was a very deliberate movement on her part to touch her collar. She didn’t really adjust it”. Additionally, the expert highlighted the Duchess of Sussex’s facial expressions. “Don’t be fooled by her smile, she was also uncomfortable at times. When she smiled, you could tell her muscles were tense,” he said. The reason for this stress? The entrance to the cathedral which was not obvious. As soon as they arrived, the Sussexes were booed by the crowd, which therefore accentuated the already very present anxiety of Meghan Markle.
