The couple were joined by many celebrities at a polo tournament

Meghan Markle was widely noticed during her last appearance in public. Indeed, while her husband joined the Los Padres polo team, the mother of Archie and Lilibet made the trip to encourage him, according to information from the Daily Mail. She then landed in a look a la My Fair Lady: black wide-brimmed hat, black and white polka dot blouse and high-waisted pleated shorts. A look that is of course reminiscent of that of Audrey Hepburn in the film My Fair Lady, released in 1964. Prince Harry’s wife was also on hand to present the prize to the winning team.

Meghan Markle was also noticed for her fiery kiss placed on the mouth of her husband. A proof of affection so strong, that the Duchess of Sussex was forced to wipe her husband’s lips, on which she had placed lipstick. Our colleagues from the Daily Mail then draw a parallel with the much less demonstrative kiss, given by Lady Diana to Prince Charles, in 1985, after his victory at polo. It must be said that this sport is a passion in the British royal family.

Many celebrities present at the Prince Harry tournament

Prince Harry was already playing polo with his brother, Prince William. But Meghan Markle’s husband wanted to go further by joining the Los Padres club, run by one of his friends, Nachos Figueres, who is a real Argentine sports star. So much so that he was nicknamed “The David Beckham of polo”. Prince Harry’s team won the Lisle Nixon Memorial Trophy. An event that has also attracted celebrities such as Rebel Wilson or Abigail Spencer. It is therefore in front of the entire team of her husband but also of the stars that Meghan Markle stood out for her outfit but above all for her behavior which takes her even further away from the codes of the British royal family.
