In May 2020, the Beverly Hills actor 90210 publicly announced his separation from the Transformers actress, after nearly 10 years of marriage. Unofficially however, it was in March that Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox would have really ended their relationship, the actress having in the meantime made a rapprochement with the singer Machine Gun Kelly on the set of their film in Puerto Rico. If everything has not always been easy between the two ex, it seems that the climate has now calmed down. By mutual agreement, the two parties activated the divorce proceedings on November 25, and have more or less the same requests, according to documents obtained by the US Magazine media on Monday, December 7. According to the papers, Brian Austin Green is asking for joint custody of their three sons Noah (8 years old), Bohdi (6 years old) and Journey (4 years old). On the monetary level, the actor does not ask for financial support for the education of the children but for the support of the spouse. A request also formulated by Megan Fox.
“It sucks when life changes and something that you are used to, that you have been doing for 15 years, you try not to get rid of it but you change”, confided Brian Austin Green last May in his podcast before adding : “I really don’t want Megan and I to disagree. She’s been my best friend for 15 years and I don’t want to lose that.”
Megan Fox: her public settlements with her ex
This common desire for shared custody seems to indicate a better in the relationship between the two ex. On November 1 again, the actress got angry with her ex-boyfriend for posting a photo in which their 4-year-old son appears. “I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t help but use them on Instagram. You’ve made yourself so sick feeding the constant narrative that I’m an absent mother,” blurted out Megan Fox on Instagram.
