It was the event of the year for the British. Since June 2, the royal family has been celebrating the 70th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. If the Monarch was obviously at the center of all attention, the arrival of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry has been widely commented on. Coming from the United States, the couple was in the company of their two children: Archie and Lilibet. The latter also celebrated her birthday on Saturday, June 4, in the company of all her British family and thus met her great-grandmother.

This Monday, June 6, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry surprised their fans by posting the first official photo of their daughter. Indeed, on the Instagram account of Misan Harriman, photographer and friend of the family, we can see the pretty little girl, dressed in a pretty sky blue dress, with a white bow in her hair. His mischievous gaze, his little open mouth and his hair the same color as his dad, literally melted the couple’s fans.

A garden party for Lilibet’s birthday

This shot was captured during the garden party organized at Frogmore Cottage for Lilibet’s birthday. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had everything ready for their daughter’s first birthday. Thus, little Lilibet was able to find herself with the children of Zara and Mike Tindall (Mia, Lena and Lucas) or even the daughters of Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly (Savannah and Isla). Unfortunately, his cousins, George, Charlotte and Louis were not there. “It was a great activity and had everything you would expect from a kid’s birthday party. The idea was for it to be very relaxed and laid back, with people free to come in and out as they wanted it,” a source close to the couple reportedly told The Sun.
