Letizia from Spain: when pink becomes royal in her recycled dress

Queen Letizia is renowned for her elegance, but above all for recycling her belongings. For the Women Now summit in Madrid, she chose to bring out one of her favorite dresses from Michael Kors. At this summit for equality and women’s leadership, Queen Letizia looked simply stunning in her pink dress. She had presented herself in an embellished midi dress in a bubblegum style. The dress was a wool blend. This mother of two royal children had chosen pale pink suede pumps with pointy ends to accompany the dress. As an accessory, she had opted for a matching Magrit clutch and a silver belt hugging her waist.

The icing on the cake, Queen Letizia had a pair of pearl earrings as well as a large gold ring. In accordance with Spanish Covid regulations, she wore a plain white mask. She had also let her black hair down over her shoulders.

“A busy week”

This event is sponsored by Santander and will last 3 days. The Spanish multimedia communication group Vocento is the organizer. Many are the illustrious guests of this event. In addition to Queen Letizia, we saw author Dylan Farrow, chef José Andrés, designer Diane von Fürstenberg, astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti and presenter Ana Rosa Quintana.

This week has been particularly busy for Queen Letizia. The day before this event, she had attended the inauguration of “Odaliscas: From Ingres to Picasso” at the Museum of Fine Arts in the Palace of Carlos V in Alhambra, Granada.
