The goal is to ensure optimal visibility given that the In Memoriam concert is of great importance. The trick is played because the faded black or dark gray dress of Leonor and Sofia’s mother is making a lot of noise. Quoted by Histoires Royales, the Spanish media Vanitatis qualifies the dress worn by the wife of Felipe VI as being “the most surprising piece of his wardrobe”. A well-stocked wardrobe that would contain more than 500 dresses, according to the same Spanish media.

The dress of Queen Letizia of Spain is surprising thanks to its discolorations which make it a unique piece. It is a dress from the Catalan brand Cortana, precisely the Cuca model. Histoires Royales specifies that the dress costs 835 euros. According to Vanity Fair, it is a dress made of stretch silk fabric. The drape of the dress, very remarkable on the front, as well as the large slit on the left side of the skirt make it a chic and original dress. In terms of accessories, Queen Letizia has not done in half measures either. Indeed, the Queen of Spain opted for black Prada pumps and a black clutch with gold borders Nina Ricci.
