Queen Letizia of Spain looked resplendent at the 15th Cancer Forum. The event was held in Madrid on Friday, February 4, on the occasion of World Cancer Day. Of course, it was impossible that the 49-year-old monarch missed this event. Especially since the mother of Princess Leonor, 16, and Infanta Sofia, 14, is the honorary president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) as well as its scientific foundation.

As usual, Queen Letizia of Spain spoke. The wife of King Felipe VI, 54, spoke in particular of the first report on inequalities in the face of cancer in Spain. Letizia from Spain also presented the AECC awareness campaign “Iguales?” concerning the worsening of inequalities due to cancer, according to the Palace.

We only had eyes for Queen Letizia of Spain

The sublimity of the outfits of Queen Letizia of Spain during her official outings is no longer a surprise. Known for recycling her own outfits, Queen Letizia of Spain, 49, lived up to her reputation at this event. Indeed, the mother of Princess Leonor, 16, and Infanta Sofia, 14, showed up wearing a navy mesh dress with a midi skirt. A piece that Letizia from Spain gladly associated with her recycled peplum red leather jacket. This jacket with big round tone-on-tone buttons is designed by Carolina Herrera. To complete her outfit, the royal chose to put on a wide belt. As accessories, Queen Sophie’s daughter-in-law, 83, opted for a clutch and pumps to match her jacket.

Suffice to say, this outfit did not go unnoticed. Moreover, she captured all the attention as she had already done in May 2017. Remember that Queen Letizia of Spain had already worn it on her 13th wedding anniversary. The wife of King Felipe VI notably wore it during the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Queen Sofia Foundation. At that time, Queen Letizia of Spain paired the piece with a white spring skirt. Which did not fail to have an effect!
