Lady Diana would have celebrated her 59th birthday. On August 31, 1997, the Princess of Wales disappeared in a road accident in Paris, in the tunnel of the Pont de l’Alma. If his death moved the whole world, it profoundly changed the lives of his two sons, Harry and William. Today, the two princes pay homage to their mother every year, in order to honor her memory. And this year, if Prince Harry is far from his homeland, he has not deviated from the tradition.
He and his wife Meghan Markle went to a preschool in Los Angeles to organize a garden workshop with the children. And the selected flower was symbolic. Indeed, it was forget-me-not, Lady Diana’s favorite plant.
The Assistance League of LA published photos of Meghan and Harry with their hands in the dirt, with the children: “The children at the facility received a surprise visit from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex yesterday! ‘helping the children maintain the garden, they spent time with them, and taught them the importance of a balanced diet. We appreciate their time and investment in our children. ”
Another voluntary operation for the couple, who was seen a few days ago in the streets of Los Angeles, distributing school supplies and basic necessities to families and children in need.
