Kate Middleton changes her look for an unprecedented event. A real asset for the British royal family, the Duchess of Cambridge resumed with great fanfare her official commitments after several months of confinement. After a very busy summer, she announced Monday, October 12 that she was going the next day, to present a prestigious prize for an event that is close to her heart: the Wildlife Photographer of the Year, who rewards each year the most beautiful pictures animal keepers. And to announce this news, she had opted for a new look.
Used to long floral dresses, in particular from the Beulah London brand, the wife of Prince William had opted this time for a pantsuit and black blazer, and that of her favorite designer, Alexander McQueen. A fitted outfit but also very simple for Kate Middleton, who had simply put a black top underneath, and embellished her look with pearl earrings. And on the make-up side, while she likes the natural, she had bet on a smokey-eye that gave her real cat eyes.
A photo project launched during confinement
Passionate about photography, Kate Middleton is already delighted to present this prestigious award, while she herself, during confinement, launched a project so that the British can illustrate their daily life in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. A great initiative in which many participated. “Tomorrow, I will announce the 56th winner of Wildlife Photographer of the Year. I was lucky enough to have a quick overview and I can tell you that it is really spectacular”, she thus promised in her video, made at the Natural History Museum in London.
