This Wednesday, May 26, Kate Middleton wore a big smile as she faced Prince William at the wheel of a wind kart. It was in Saint Andrews, where the couple first met that this funny race took place. The Duchess of Cambridge, 39, looked radiant in her trusty Barbour jacket and Chole boots. Strong winds didn’t get the better of Kate in this Barbour Longshore jacket (£ 159), See by Chloe boots (£ 310) and a Campbell’s of Beauly Fairisle sweater (£ 115).
According to Daily Mail sources, this is a sweater made in North East Scotland. Its peculiarity is that it is designed only from top quality raw materials. To stay warm and sheltered from the wind, it’s hard to do better!
“Have fun while fulfilling their obligations”
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge weren’t the only ones enjoying this wind kart race. Indeed, a group of Fife Young Carers also joined the couple. This group is responsible for setting up a range of outdoor activities, workshops and residential trips. This in order to help young people maintain their well-being.
The royal couple, of course, spoke to this group of young people about the challenges they faced during this pandemic. Blown Away, a local business, is the organizer of this session for Kate Middleton and Prince William.
