Amber Heard ended up being heard on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, during the defamation trial led by her former husband, Johnny Depp. During her last interrogation, she was not spared. As reported by the Daily Mail, the actress was presented by the actor’s lawyers as the instigator of the many disputes that may have taken place with her ex-husband. Camille Vasquez, one of the actor’s lawyers, also assured that she would have struck the blows first. “Mr. Depp is not the first partner you have assaulted, is he?” insisted the lawyer
“I have never assaulted Mr. Depp or anyone with whom I had a romantic relationship, never,” replied Amber Heard at first before being very annoyed. “Many times I had to use my body to defend myself, and that included hitting where I could if it allowed me to escape… if it meant a swollen face rather than a broken nose. ” She still denied having been “the first to strike”.
