Cute puppy alert! This Sunday, October 11, Jennifer Aniston announced to her community that she has decided to expand her family. The 51-year-old actress introduced her brand new dog to her 35.7 million followers on her Instagram account. An adorable fur ball named Lord Chesterfield, as his mistress has made it known. Jennifer Aniston briefly filmed him sleeping on his back, on a bed, with a toy in his mouth. “Hi. I wanted to introduce the newest member of our family to you. Here is (the very tired) Lord Chesterfield. He immediately stole my heart,” the actress captioned.
Then, Jennifer Aniston explained that she adopted her puppy from an animal shelter: “A huge thank you to the Wagmor Pet Hotel and Rescue SPA for the amazing work you do. Grateful that you take great care of these abandoned animals and may you find them a home forever. ” As soon as it was shared, the former Friends star received tons of comments, from anonymous but also from celebrities. Actresses Millie Bobby Brown, Whitney Cummings, Julianne Moore, Jenna Dewan, influencers Poppy Delevingne and Chiara Ferragni, host Jay Shetty and actor Aaron Paul wrote fond comments.
Three dogs at home
“I can’t handle this too much cuteness. The name, the pose, everything, congratulations !!!!” commented Lilly Collins. “Love at first sight,” wrote renowned tenniswoman Maria Sharapova. It must be said that Jennifer Aniston has always had an unconditional love for dogs. In 2006, she and her then-husband, Justin Theroux, adopted a white Swiss Shepherd, a dog named Dolly. Only the animal died in July 2019. Jennifer Aniston and her ex-husband then got together, and had organized a ceremony to pay a final tribute to their dog. Lord Chesterfield therefore comes to enlarge the family of Jennifer Aniston, who already has a crossbreed Schnauzer called Clyde, and a white pitbull called Sophie.
