I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I saw my son lying on the floor, dead. It was panic. It was just, it was just too much. traumatic for the whole family. We try to move forward day by day, trying to figure out why this happened and who is responsible. ” Charles Stewart Jr. had a 17-year-old brother and a 22-year-old sister. Devastated by the loss of her younger brother, the latter spoke on the social network Facebook: “I am lost, she wrote. How can you live after losing a brother? I try to be more strong but I become weak, I will never be able to see my brother again. Who did this, it is wrong, why Lord, why? “
The investigation entrusted to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation
An investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the young man’s death and to find the author of the gunshot which cost him his life. Due to the involvement of an officer from Hazlehurst in the case, the investigation will be conducted by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.
