The American actor who was to appear in court this Friday, also let it be known that he would not appear for this audition. As a reminder, in October 2021, on the set of the film Rust, which took place in New Mexico, Alec Baldwin seized a weapon supposed to contain blank bullets but which contained, in reality, very real projectiles. According to the inquest, the American actor fired the weapon and killed 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Criminally prosecuted by the justice of New Mexico for manslaughter, Alec Baldwin risks up to 18 months in prison, just like the armorer of the film.
