The Savannah, Johnny Hallyday’s house in Marnes-la-Coquette in the Hauts-de-Seine, has been at the heart of speculation about its sale for a while now. It must be said that Laeticia Hallyday will soon have to repay a large part of the debts that her ex-husband left her, and the sale of the house – the interior of which you can discover right here – would be of great help to her. Only after choosing the Kretz Family Real Estate agency, known in particular for its show L’Agence broadcast on Netflix and TMC, did the widow of Taulier backtrack. According to information from Closer, the notoriety of the Kretz agents is in question, even though two representatives of the family, Valentin and Martin, explained recently on the Buzz TV program of Le Figaro that the house was about to be to be sold.
“The house is attractive. It is at market price. It should be sold very soon,” said the Kretzes, whose presence in various media and fame has damaged the sale of the house. Indeed Closer points out that rather than buyers interested in the sumptuous house of more than 1000m², its eight bedrooms, its four bathrooms and its swimming pool which you can admire right here, it is above all curious people who have tried to approach the house. This is what prompted Laeticia Hallyday and her advisers to withdraw the mandate for the sale of the house to the Kretz family so that the latter would only be supervised by two real estate agencies specializing in high-end properties, the house was on the market. for a value of 10.5 million euros.

Buyers came forward
Laeticia Hallyday therefore only has to hope that this decision does not further slow down the sale of the house in Marnes-la-Coquette which, still according to Closer, could all the same soon change hands. Indeed there would currently be two potential buyers to acquire the former home of Johnny Hallyday, whose solvency must however be checked before the sale process goes to the next stage.
