The Jubilee festivities of the 70 years of reign of Queen Elizabeth II of England began on June 2, 2022. On this day, the queen of 96 appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Elizabeth II was accompanied there by some members of the royal family. Among others, Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton, and their three children were present on the balcony. Nevertheless, the other members of the royal family were able to follow the Trooping the Color and the RAF flypast from the roofs of the palace. Princess Eugenie of York has also shared images and videos of the show on social networks.
In the photos, Princess Eugenie of York, 32, is seen gazing up at the sky alongside her husband, Jack Brooksbank. August, the couple’s one-year-old son, enjoys the spectacle in his father’s arms. In a few snaps, August Brooksbank is seen wearing a brown baseball cap with a white shirt and blue bib. Later, the face of little August will be revealed to the public for the first time. Photos showing August’s pretty face are from the Platinum Jubilee Pageant show. In a video shared by Princess Eugenie of York, the Red Arrows can be seen flying overhead.
Princess Eugenie of York pays poignant tribute to her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II of England
Queen Elizabeth II of England, 96, the longest reigning monarch in the Kingdom of England, is an inspiration to many. Eugenie of York, one of Queen Elizabeth II of England’s eight grandchildren, said she hopes her son August will inherit his grandmother’s qualities. “I think of my grandmother and what she meant to so many people and to our family over these 70 years,” Princess Eugenie of York said in an article in Spectator magazine, before continuing. “I wish Augie had his patience, calm and kindness, while still being able to laugh at himself and keep a sparkle in his eye.”
