On Wednesday December 8, Elizabeth II presented the Queen’s Medal for Music to concert organist Thomas Trotter. During this ceremony which took place at Windsor Castle, we were able to discover two photos of the royal family. One of the photos placed on the table had never been revealed before. The snapshot shows the late Prince Philip and the Queen with several of their great-grandchildren. Although partially hidden by the Queen’s purse, the photo clearly shows a stunning scene.

On the queen’s lap, you can recognize Princess Charlotte. “Prince George stands behind them and Isla Phillips – daughter of Peter Phillips – by his side,” describes Heart magazine. Zara and Mike Tindall’s daughter, Mia Tindall sits between the Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh. Beside the Duke stands Peter Philips’ other daughter, Savannah Phillips. According to People magazine, this photo was taken towards the end of 2016. Princess Charlotte was around 18 months old when the photo was taken. The other children would all be between two and six years old.

Another photo of Queen Elizabeth II and her late husband was seen on the table

This is a photo taken by Kate Middleton at Balmoral in 2018, according to Heart. This photo shows the Queen and Prince Philip surrounded by their great-grandchildren. It was published by the royal family after the death of the Duke of Edinburgh. Her Majesty’s health problems do not seem to be completely behind her yet. The medal ceremony on December 8 comes after the baptism of two of her great-grandchildren. The Queen attended the double baptism of August and Lucas last month. The event was held privately at All Saints Chapel in Windsor.
