The DMX rapper is in serious condition. The 50-year-old artist was hospitalized in White Plains, New York, in critical condition. The American star suffered a heart attack, caused by an overdose. The tabloid TMZ reports that the facts occurred Friday, April 2 at his home, around 11 p.m. “The brain is still working,” according to a source. Another mentions a “vegetative state”, with doctors citing the possibility that he will not wake up.
DMX has been fighting addictions for years. He went through the rehab hut several times. In 2010, he was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. His last artistic performance dates back to July 2020. DMX filmed a battle with Snoop Dogg. A sequence viewed more than 500,000 times.
