Nicknamed “The Queen of Rock’n Roll”, the musician has performed legendary hits like What’s Love Got To Do With It and The Best during her stage career. She leaves behind her husband, Erwin Bach, whom she married in 2013.
As a reminder, Tina Turner was married for the first time with the infamous Ike Turner in 1962. For many years, the couple lived a very tumultuous relationship, during which the singer was the victim of numerous domestic violence. It was in 1978 that Tina Turner finally divorced her first husband. Thereafter, she met the one who will become her new companion in 1985. At the time, the German producer Erwin Bach was an executive within his record company EMI. After very long years of cohabitation, they finally decided to officially pass the ring on July 21, 2013.

Death of Tina Turner: her children both died before her
During her lifetime, Tina Turner gave birth to two children. Her first son, Craig, who was born in 1958, was the result of her union with saxophonist Raymond Hill. He died at the age of 60 on July 3, 2018, after taking his own life. His second son, baptized Ronald, was born in 1960. He was from the marriage between Tina Turner and Ike Turner. Better known as Ronnie Turner, he was married to Afida Turner between 2007 and 2017. Tina Tuner’s youngest son was found dead outside his home last year, at the age of 62. The singer therefore joined her two children by passing away on Wednesday May 24, 2023.
