Billie Lourd doesn’t go a day without thinking about her mother. The young actress published a message in tribute to the late Star Wars star, four years after her death. “I send to all those who have lost a loved one my love and my strength. And especially to those who have lost someone during this crazy year. You are not alone”, wrote Billie Lourd, Sunday 27 December. The young woman published a photo of Carrie Fisher and her accomplices in the street, shortly before the death of the one who plays Princess Leia in the cinema.
“I send you my love and my light,” responded Lily Collins. “The can of Coke. I love you Bills,” writes actress Leslie Grossman. Tender messages to accompany Billie Lourd for the end of year celebrations marked by the absence of her mother. Carrie Fisher died on December 27, 2016, in Los Angeles, at the age of 60. Her mother Debbie Reynolds died of grief on December 28 at the age of 84. She had suffered a heart attack in her son Todd Fisher while she was organizing her daughter’s funeral.
A son to expand the family
As a young mother, it is without her pillar that Billie Lourd experiences the joys of motherhood. On September 24, Billie Lourd announced the birth of her first child, a baby boy born from her loves with longtime companion, Austen Rydell. Happy news for the actress of Screem Queens, who hid her pregnancy, and who did not fail to pay a tribute to her mother who died in 2016, by calling her son Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell.
