A few months after saying “yes” to life, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have just found their little love nest. The couple has indeed acquired an incredible property located in the upscale neighborhood of Pacific Palisades in California for the modest sum of 34.5 million dollars (32.3 million euros).
The house was built just over a year ago. According to the seller, it is a mansion in the traditional “Hamptons” style, a region located in the northeast of the island of Long Island in the State of New York, and known to be a place particularly appreciated by wealthy people of the American East. The house, with a total area of 4,000 square meters according to TMZ, has 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, but also a projection room, a gym, a swimming pool, a wine cellar, and even a spa.
Two years of research to find the rare pearl
It took two years for the actor and singer to find the perfect place to welcome their large blended family. Jennifer Lopez is indeed the mother of twins: Max and Emme, aged almost 15, and the fruit of her relationship with singer Marc Anthony. For his part, Ben Affleck had three children with actress Jennifer Garner: Violet (17), Seraphina (14) and Samuel, who will be 11 in a few days.
