If it was supposed to be a day of celebration for Ariana Grande, June 26 was the opposite, very trying. TMZ reports that a man targeted her again by breaking into her residence in Montecito. The man, a repeat offender, has already attacked the singer last year, landing at her home in Hollywood Hills. Hunting knife in hand, Aharon Brown allegedly threatened Ariana Grande, who had just turned 29, and her safety, according to the outlet. For having proliferated these threats qualified as criminal, Ariana Grande obtained a restraining order against her, for 5 years.
TMZ also confirms rumors that Brown violated his restraining order by approaching singer Ariana Grande on June 28. However, it was on Sunday, the famous singer’s birthday, that he burst into her home. Fortunately, the Thank U, Next singer was absent at the time of the alleged break-in. The police immediately intervened following the triggering of the security alarm. Brown was indicted on multiple charges, including harassment, damaging power lines, violating a court order, obstructing justice and burglary. For these facts, he pleaded not guilty and is currently in custody.
Ariana Grande: the famous singer targeted by stalkers?
This isn’t the first time star Ariana Grande has been the victim of an alleged stalker, according to the Daily Mail. Indeed, in 2020, the singer and her mother, Joan, have already obtained a restraining order against Fidel Henriquez, another stalker. The latter was arrested by the police when he slipped past the security of the singer to leave a note of love at her door. Henriquez was arrested and charged with trespassing, assault and battery, and spitting at the arresting officers.
