A new testimony in favor of Johnny Depp! A few hours after Kate Moss assured that the famous actor had not pushed him down the stairs, as Amber Heard had assured a few days earlier, a digital forensic expert spoke in court. According to him, there are different versions of the photo where Amber Heard has a swollen face, allegedly showing abuse by her ex-husband. Bryan Neumeiste was asked to analyze photos of the star’s alleged injuries to determine if they were genuine or if they had been altered. He explained that the actress had used Photo 3.0 software to edit the various photos. When asked if he thought the young woman had intentionally altered these, the expert said he was “simply stating the fact that the photographs had been altered.”
In court, Bryan Neumeiste said, referring to the first photo: “There are many versions of this photo… Dozens of different versions, some with different file sizes, different physical sizes, and some had gone through photo editing software. After the court showed three different versions of the photo, the expert said, “These three photos had to undergo some sort of transformation to change their size.” Asked about other photos showing Amber Heard with bruises, he added that the release date showed the photo was taken in Photos 3.0 editing software.

Amber Heard, has she edited the photos of her bruised face?
This is not the first time that the actress has been accused of having retouched these photos in court. A week earlier, in cross-examination, Johnny Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez, had accused her of having edited his photos of injuries. When two photos were posted side by side, Amber Heard assured that they were taken separately with different lighting. The lawyer then replied: “The light is on on these two images.” She then added, “Isn’t it true that you just retouched these photographs? You just enhanced the saturation of one of these photos to make your face redder.”
